OPENING MOVE

Every game startswith a pawn.

Long before I opened a terminal, I was opening games — climbing a competitive chess rating into the 2080s, captaining a state-ranked high school team, and learning early that the smallest piece on the board still decides the shape of everything that follows.

That same instinct — read the position, commit to a line, adapt when the board changes — is what carried over when I became the sole U.S. engineer leading Metfolio's stateside deployment, and when a program written three moves ahead took first place at FBLA Nationals.

This fall I'm trading Alpharetta for Atlanta to study Computer Science at Georgia Tech. Keep scrolling — this page plays out like a game: the piece marking each section levels up alongside it, pawn to king.
